Based on our checks of 1win.ng on 8 and 13 October 2026: lobby and providers, the deposit screen, the bonus card, live chat and the app routes. Support loses points because no live agent joined the chat within 10 minutes; bonus terms because the card leaves out the wagering period and maximum bet.
This 1win review covers one address: 1win.ng, opened with English (Nigeria) settings. People type the brand in several ways, as one win, 1 win or 1win.com, and a search can return other domains. We did not open those, and the cashier, bonus and footer details below belong to the Nigerian site only, so check the address bar before you enter a phone number and password.
The operator text in the footer
The site footer carries this text, copied from our screenshot: “The website is operated, and the services are provided by BID Entertainment Limited, acting under the National Sports Betting Permit No. 00000045, granted by the National Lottery Regulatory Commission; and licensed under the License No. OYSGB/CASB/2592001 by the Oyo State Gaming and Lottery Board”.
Under it sit a “NDP Act 2023 Audit Compliant 2024” badge, the GamCare and GambleAware logos, an 18+ mark and links to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Information. All of this is the operator’s own statement; we did not ask the commission or the Oyo board to confirm the numbers. What the check covered
Daniel Okoro opened the site in the Android browser and took eight screenshots, among them the footer, the registration form, the bonus details card, the deposit cashier and the live chat. He also read the Terms and the Responsible Gaming page. On 13.10.2026 we took a second look without an account, at the app offer and the sportsbook screens. Grace Bello then compared every figure on this page with those notes.

A 1win game in the lobby usually means a title from the operator’s own studio, 1win Games. The home screen showed three of them: Lucky Jet, Instant Double and Mines Classic. Search also found the crash titles Aviator, JetX and Spaceman, and Poker has its own section in the menu, apart from the slots.
Four tournaments were active during the check, among them the Lucky Drive draw, which the home screen advertised with a Ferrari SF90 Stradale. The live casino showed no minimum bet for its tables, so read the limits inside a table before you sit down.
Paying in naira
The cashier works in NGN and lists local wallets, bank transfer, USSD and cards; our method-by-method cashier guide goes through each entry. The NGN cashier lists no crypto and shows no fees.
Which limits apply to which method
Only the Visa card entry prints its own range, given in the table above. The wallet, transfer and USSD entries show no minimum or maximum of their own, so the card ceiling of ₦1,000,000 should not be assumed for them; treat their limits as unknown until the cashier shows them for the method you pick.
Withdrawals sit behind verification
Pressing “Withdraw” opens an “Identity verification” screen first. The withdrawal form, its methods and its limits appear only after that step, which means we could not see a single withdrawal minimum, maximum or processing time. The site states that withdrawals go out through Opay, Paystack, PalmPay, Paga, Nigerian Visa cards and Flutterwave.
Support told us the document check takes 24–72 hours, a guide for verification and not a payout time; the verification steps before a cash-out lists the documents and the address rule in the Terms. Finish verification before you deposit money you may need back at short notice.
Signing up and the welcome offer
The 1win Nigeria sign-up form asks for a phone number with the +234 code and a password of at least 8 characters, with an optional “Add promo code” field under them. Pressing Register counts as accepting the 18+ rule, the Terms and the Privacy Policy; the form has no separate tick box for that. We did not finish a registration. Returning players log in through a Phone or an Email tab, and the form has a “Forgot your password?” link.
Our promo code is NAIJA1WIN. Typed into that field, it gives the standard welcome package shown in the table; we did not test it by signing up and do not claim it adds anything beyond the bonus card. That card sets the first deposit at 100% plus 70 free spins with x30 wagering and a cap on what you can withdraw from bonus winnings, and the full welcome bonus terms and wagering maths are on their own page.
We found no cashback offer on the Bonuses and Promotions pages. A VIP Club appears in the menu, but we did not open its terms.
1win sports betting in brief
Our look at the sportsbook was short and made without an account. “Sports” sits in the bottom bar of the mobile site, and on 13.10 the Sports menu showed Top, Live, Upcoming, TOP Bets, Esports and Bet history, with prices in decimal odds. We could not see a minimum stake, cash-out or booking-code entry without an account, so anyone planning a 1win bet around one of those should confirm it in the sportsbook first.
On two Champions League matches on 13.10 our own sum of the 1X2 prices gave a margin of about 4.4% and 4.9%, a figure for those two matches rather than an average; how sports bets are priced in naira shows the arithmetic. Decimal odds include your stake in the return: ₦2,500 at 2.40 returns ₦6,000, and the profit is ₦3,500.
The mobile site
We used the site in the Android browser, where it adapts to the phone screen. The bottom bar holds Menu, Home, Casino, Free money and Sports, the dark theme is on by default, and the sections we opened were one or two taps from the home screen. Live chat: what happened when we asked for help
The site states that live chat runs 24/7 and that a reply takes about two minutes. On 08.10.2026 we opened the chat from the phone and wrote at 14:40.
The bot answered, an agent did not
A bot replied at once and offered categories: Deposit, Withdrawal, Bonuses and promotions, Personal account | Verification, Casino and Sports. Ten minutes later no live agent had joined the conversation. That is one session on one afternoon, so it does not prove the chat is always slow, but the “about two minutes” line cannot be taken for granted. If your question concerns a stuck payment, open the chat early and keep the window open.
Other channels and what is missing
The site lists Telegram and WhatsApp as further channels; we did not test either. The address [email protected] is for commercial offers, not for player questions. The site has no FAQ page or help centre, so the chat is the main route for account problems.
